A splendid day discovering the wines of Bodegas NOC in Manzaneque, Toledo, together with colleagues from the Association of Professional Sommeliers of La Mancha (ASUMAN).

It was an absolutely enriching experience and the wines were of the highest quality. Thank you very much for treating us so well, we will be back!
